18 weeks 5 days and It's a.......

BOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was SO excited for my appointment yesterday. We had an eventful Thanksgiving weekend (more on that later), so more than anything I was just thankful to be able to be there! To say I loved watching that sweet little boy on the screen would be an understatement. Oh how I wish I had a video of it! He moved and flipped the entire time. At one point he had his legs stretched straight out pressing the bottom of the uterine wall and his upper torso was up against the top of it. Pretty much, had he had room, he would have been standing. The next second he was curled up in a ball. I was just so grateful for every second I got to see him.

How Far Along: 18 Weeks 5 days

Size of baby: Baby boy is the size of a mango. He weighed about 8 oz in his ultrasound yesterday :)

Total Weight Gain/Loss: Well. Matt is going to laugh at me (or roll his eyes. Or both) The silly scale said I gained 5 lbs, but I wore rain boots, which are really heavy. I even took them off and he held them and agreed they made a difference. We'll see what it says in 4 weeks! HA!

Maternity Clothes: Yes! Sometimes I still wear regular pants, but wear the belly
band. Love that thing!

Gender: BOY!!!

Movement: Yes! It's not that often, which actually had me a little worried. Come to find out my placenta is in between the baby and my belly again (same as with Connor), so nothing to worry about.

Sleep: Perfect :)

What I miss: Sleeping on my stomach...besides that,
nothing!

Cravings: not really

Symptoms: None!

Best Moment this week: Being able to see that sweet boy tumble around my belly. I feel so blessed to be adding another boy to our little family. I am TOTALLY outnumbered, but I love it. I can't wait to watch Connor become a big brother and see their friendship bloom over the years. I'm thankful I have the inside view of Matt and his brother Kyle, because WHEW can they be mean to each other, but you can tell how much they love each other as well. Now, onto the star of this post

face:

This is a view if he were sitting on a glass table..ha. Legs, hiney, boy part and the thing you see that looks like is touching both of his legs is the umbilical cord.
This one just makes me laugh because that is his head on the left, with his back arched up and knees bent. He went into every position possible!

Profile. He had his hands by his face a lot. I wonder if this one will be a thumb sucker!

Love, love, LOVE this picture :)

I got so many sweet comments on facebook, but I have to say that my brother's made me laugh the hardest. He said "Manning brothers better watch out!" God knew what he was doing when he instilled a love of football in me, that's for sure!

You knew you would be thrown out into the woods to be raised by coyotes, since there wasn't any wolves haha
