A day that consists of of little, but at the same time, so much

Today is one of those days that I just feel like my heart is going to burst out of my chest. It wasn't much. We were just sitting on the floor playing with one of his trains and I was pushing it all around him and finally up his leg and arm and over his head to go down the other side and he just died laughing. There is nothing like child's laughter to make you feel like everything is right in life!

On a more frustrating note, I plugged my iPod in this morning to put my Christmas music on it and you know what happened??? IT ERASED EVERYTHING. Then it wouldn't even turn on. I about died. I couldn't make it through a day without my iPod. It is as essential to nursing as.. well.. Connor is. HA! I love, love, LOVE nursing Connor, but I'm just not sure I could do it without my iPod touch! Thankfully, I finally got it to sync up to my computer and it is currently loading the 3700 pictures onto it. So I am sitting in my recliner, holding one computer upright so that it doesn't overheat and balancing another on my knees so I can blog. I can only imagine what a sight I am!

I don't know if I have told y'all lately, but Connor is pretty darn sweet. Not only does he help me fold laundry

and load the dishwasher

but he is just sitting in his crib looking around and talking his little head off. He is supposed to be sleeping, but I guess he felt like playing was more important today. Of course, now that I have said that he has started crying, but thankfully it's about time to get him out anyway. Just as I imagined, it is much much harder to leave him in there when he is crying and every once in a while will throw that "mama" in there.
Ok, completely off topic (but really..has this post had a topic?!) I am watching a recorded Oprah episode with Garth Brooks on it. When I had heard that he was coming back and having a tour, I didn't really think much about it. Then I saw this show. I guess I forgot just how good he is! Now I kind of want to go to his concert, but I'm pretty sure it is far past sold out. He was a little weird on the show, but I don't know if that is really him or if he was just nervous. I know I would be!

Now sweet boy has quit crying and is flopping around the bed trying to get comfortable. Man, I love being this boy's momma!
