26 weeks.. less than 100 days!!

This week Connor is as big as a cucumber. He weighs approx. 2.2 lbs and is 15 inches in length from head to toe. Connor's auditory development is progressing as the network of nerves to the ears matures. And even though the sounds he hears are muffled, he may recognize both mine and Matt's voices. When Matt read that he said that we are going to have to put headphones on my belly for the Peach bowl that Tennessee is playing in. He wants him to be used to the sound of TN Football right away. haha. We also read that Matt might be able to hear Connor's heartbeat when his ear is pressed to my belly. We tried it and he could! I think he enjoys this being his little thing since I get to enjoy everything else! Connor's taste buds are very developed now too (with more taste buds than he will ever have outside the womb, actually). I should start feeling his hiccups soon too :)

Matt and I were talking this morning and after Christmas we will only have 10 weeks left to be just the two of us! I wonder if we can fit a trip in to El Dorado Royale before then.... HA!
