This week was my first official week at Volunteer State Community college, and I felt just like Dorthy did in the Wizard of Oz! I quickly learned I wasn't at Harding anymore! No one smiled at you when you walked past, and teachers definitely didn't start off any classes having you introduce yourself to each other. I really am sad for those students that are actually there for 4 years. They have no idea on what they are missing out on! This is where I would like to publicly thank my parents for sending me to Harding. It has forever changed my life, and for that I am truly blessed.
If I rise on the wings of dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast.

Oh girl! I'm so thankful we went to Harding! If it helps, just imagine my face on everyone you pass. They'll think you're smoking purple hash, but WHO CARES! happiness bubbles all around!
